CVOZ - INFORMATEC UNIFIED MESSAGING SYSTEM

(Automatic Answering + Voicemail + Faxmail)

CVoz, the Informatec Unified Message System, answers and directs calls, and also records voice and / or fax messages in unlimited mailboxes .

Automatic answering enables the customer to directly ring the extension number he desires to speak to, and by presenting a menu, choose an option, as well as having overflow destinations that depend on the day of the week and the time (with a different message when answering outside working hours).

Unanswered calls can be automatically redirected to other extensions or to the target extension's mailbox.
