Informatec sells its products through a Sales Channel consisting primarily of the main Telephone Switchboard and advanced telephone equipment manufacturers in the market.

In 2008 Informatec was officially classified as "Application Partner" for Alcatel-Lucent PBX, after formally applying for homologation of its Call Accounting solutions. This means that Informatec Call Accounting Software and CDR Collection Solutions (buffers and software collection modules) are in compliance for attendance of the technical requirements inherent to the OXO / OXE PBX Alcatel families, having access to the documentation for Solution Providers, API' s and official Alcatel training programs.

CISCO Founded in 1984 by a group of computer scientists from Stanford University (USA), Cisco Systems, Inc. pioneered the development and dissemination of IP based solutions, becoming the leading company in network solutions for the Internet. Cisco IP based solutions for the network environment provide the base for the current state of development of the integrated systems concept, serving everything from domestic structures to the complex demands of the corporate market on the global scale. Cisco employs more than 47,000 people at its units all over the world, and inaugurated its Brazilian operations in 1994. Since then, the work of its operations and local partners has positioned Cisco Brasil as leader in the Corporate Network solutions, Internetworking and Telecommunications segment. Informatec has had its call accounting products accredited in a pioneering way for the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager) solution for IP based telephone services. The CallManager product has made a contribution towards an important revolution in the worldwide corporate telephone services market, by enabling the development of the use of data networks to incorporate voice traffic, expanding user mobility and content convergence, and thus increasing productivity in corporate environments together with significantly reducing the costs of telephone bills.

In 1994, when the company was still called Matec, it became Informatec's first commercial partner. In September 2001, now called Ericsson Enterprise Systems do Brasil S. A. it changed its company name to DAMOVO DO BRASIL S.A. Damovo is an international leader in supplying information and communications services, integrating Data, Mobility and Voice in customized solutions for corporate customers.

Ericsson has been operating in the country since 1924, and has been an Informatec partner since 1994, through Matec (now called Damovo). With around 35 % of the Brazilian telephone market, Ericsson has found that Informatec products provide a robust solution, of the level that its market demands, for professionalizing the call accounting systems of its Switchboard customers.

The Brazilian company, Monytel, which was a pioneer in the development and commercialization of PABX and Public Switchboards in Brazil, entered the market in 1978 with the aim of developing and commercializing its own Automatic Call Distributor (ACD) systems. Over the years it has become one of the most important manufacturers of PABX and Public Switchboards in Brazil. Nowadays, our partner Monytel creates communications solutions, operating all over Brazil, in the consultancy, commercialization and service supply areas of the communications field.

NEC is one of the largest global integrated Information Technology and Communication solution providers, which has been present in the Brazilian market since November 1968. As an Informatec partner, it is notable for the penetration of its switchboards into the hotel market. These are integrated with our Hotel Solution and Voicemail.

Present in over 190 countries, Siemens has been in Brazil since 1867, when the first telegraph line between Rio de Janeiro and Rio Grande do Sul was installed. In 1905, the company set up in Brazil. Siemens is one of the leading companies in the Brazilian telecom and consumer electronics market, with 8,372 collaborators in twelve manufacturing units. It has been an Informatec partner since 1999, and has contributed towards improving the concept of our call accounting product in the Web environment, which it commercializes due to its perfect integration with its Switchboards.
