THE COMPANY

Informatec, a 100% Brazilian company, was founded in 1992, to create practical applications based on the knowledge of its founders - young specialists with technical degrees in Physics and Electronic Engineering - focusing on solutions which supplied the emerging needs for telephone system controls, initially in condominiums.

Since that time, Informatec has been developing and sophisticating these solutions and nowadays it designs, develops, manufactures, sells, installs and maintains Call Account Management Systems (local and remote call accounting systems) and Voice and Fax Systems, including software and hardware developed and produced in-house, supplying the main manufacturers and distributors:  Damovo, Ericsson, Monytel, NEC and Siemens (in alphabetical order).

Informatec products can be found in 560 cities in Brazil, making up an installed park of over 15,000 systems.

The Informatec development team includes graduate and post-graduate Engineers, Systems Analysts and Programmers from the main universities. As it dominates the technology for manufacturing its own equipment and software Informatec can offer flexibility to customize its products and speed when developing solutions for its customers' specific problems, at extremely competitive prices.

  • Technical Assistance and Maintenance Laboratory 
  • Help desk Department

The Informatec Training Center provides product operation courses aimed at retailers and end-users, as well as installation and maintenance courses aimed specifically at retailers. We also have a well-equipped Help desk sector for customers to use, staffed by qualified systems analysts, who solve any software problems that may arise, as well as help out if users have any operational queries.

Informatec also offers a 24-hour Help desk service, as well as local support, through a specific Maintenance Contract. Nowadays, Informatec has a technical assistance department, with its own laboratory, which carries out maintenance on all the range of its hardware that it produces, speeding up and adding reliability to the services supplied relating to its own products.

The conceptual plan behind Informatec's visual identity expresses the brand's main attributes, based on receptivity, creativity and know-how, thus differentiating it from the other brands in the sector.

The typeface expresses exclusivity, boldness and modernity in balance between proportions of its letters specifically created for the Brand.

The symbol of a stylized bee represents the fundamental attributes and differences on which the company and its manner of working are based - in an integrated, organized form, to obtain results as a team, through a willful, quick, planned and methodical attitude.
