During the 30 days after Informatec, has issued the invoice, customers who acquire the CALL ACCOUNTING SYSTEM have the guaranteed right to updates.

During the 30 days after Informatec, has issued the invoice, customers who acquire the CALL ACCOUNTING SYSTEM have the guaranteed right to updates.
This update refer to the information contained in the that is: update to the rates, locations, prefixes, etc.
When an update takes place, the call accounting system model does not change, only the version.
Informatec makes new versions available every 40 days, approximately. If you would prefer to receive a CD containing the files, instead of downloading them, just send us a request using this form.

UPGRADE
Upgrading is necessary when there is a new CALL ACCOUNTING SYSTEM with a new model being sold. At the moment, we are discontinuing the STI Windows 2000 version and trading STI Windows Atenas.

Upgrading is necessary when there is a new CALL ACCOUNTING SYSTEM with a new model being sold. At the moment, we are discontinuing the STI Windows 2000 version and trading STI Windows Atenas.
Discontinuation of a call accounting system does not imply that there will be no more updates. Informatec guarantees that the STI Windows 2000 CALL ACCOUNTING SYSTEM will be updated through to 2009, in accordance with the law.

Informatec offers Courses on how to use its Products in its Training Center, in São Paulo, which has all the necessary infrastructure for users to best learn how to directly interact with the product in the production environment.
