• Is there any limit to the number of extensions and the ideal number of Voice Board channels for using the Informatec Voice Switchboard?



The Informatec Unified Messages System permits an unlimited number of mail boxes to be opened, for both voicemail and faxmail. However, there is a limit of 48 voice channels and 12 fax channels that can used simultaneously.





• What is the difference between faxmail and fax server?



Fax Mail only allows faxes to be received in the mail box (with or without subsequent automatic redirectioning of the fax to a standard fax machine or a printer or email). On the other hand, the Fax Server allows faxes to be sent. It is possible to trial both of them in our Test Area.





• What languages are used for the prompts (pre-recorded messages) in the Informatec Voice Mail?



The Informatec VoiceMail prompts are currently available in five languages:

• Portuguese
• English
• Spanish
• French 
• German





• Which Voice / Fax products are available and in which languages?



The systems (interface) can currently be displayed in the following languages:
